A few questions for Jennifer…
Why have you chosen to include animals and their needs in your new career direction?
The state of the world today is so devastating and sad to me. I can barely listen to talk radio or watch the news some days. My animals are the antidote for all the suffering I see in the world. Just being with them, they provide me with pure joy. They give me strength just by their presence. I watch them breathe and feel calmer so that I can go back out into the world the next day, the next moment. And at the end of the day, they are a place of refuge for me.
Is it fair to say that your work is your way of paying the animals back?
My work informs their people about the benefits of good nutritional supplementation to help them live a stronger, healthier, longer life knowing that they are our strength and that we depend on them to bolster us as we go out into a changing, stressful world. The animals are the peace and solace now.
More about Jennifer…
I know there is a lot that draws your attention every day, which makes me all the more appreciative to meet you.
I am an animal lover and in particular, I love my cats. They entertain me, inform me, appreciate and bless me every day. My life includes them in every dimension, whether I’m being a wife, step-mother, entrepreneur, friend or professional, they carry meaning for me in all aspects of my life.
Which is why it would make sense that I would find a home-based business that involves animals. Particularly the health and well-being of animals. Because, after all, building and maintaining a healthy animal is a huge responsibility. And I can show you how it’s done with Vetraceuticals Pet Nutrition.
Just a Little Background…
I grew up as an American in Ankara, Turkey before televisions and telephones were installed in the country and before computers were even invented. And as much as I may love my flat screen TV, iphone and laptop now, it was the best childhood imaginable.
For the past 30 years I’ve been a Speech-Language Pathologist and for more than half of all these years I’ve also been a Zen Buddhist priest.
OK, why is this important to mention? Because as a Zen Buddhist priest, I perform animal blessings and funerals too. The ceremonies are added things I do. After all, it’s all about the animals.
